On Thursday, December 15, 2022, Laser Ing hosted employees from Bystronic Austria GmbH, led by General Manager Mr. Gerald Kastner. This is a key supplier of metal processing machinery that has been supporting companies from day one. In the pleasant atmosphere of the company’s production space, guests had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the functioning of Laser Ing’s production system as well as the principles of the business philosophy of the leader in metal processing on the Croatian market.

Thus, about 30 employees from Bystronic Austria GmbH coming from various departments such as sales, maintenance, production, customer support, etc., had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with the way of doing business at Laser Ing. They learned about the key characteristics of work processes, work organization, but also had the opportunity to get to know the machinery park, which representatives of Laser Ing are particularly proud of.

The organizers made an effort to present to the guests the key features of working on lasers, bending machines, and the company’s internal locksmithing. They vividly showed why the overall internal production processes depend on the complete precision of the machinery. They also highlighted the importance of the service technicians’ quick response in case of a malfunction or part replacement to deliver the demanded products to the end customers on time.

The organizers also presented to those present the plans for building a new, even larger production hall in Velika Gorica, which will be located on a 16,500 m² construction site in the industrial-business zone. Laser Ing thus once again confirms its intention to maintain the position of regional leader in metal processing, but also as a key supplier for renowned companies in the European Union.

Hosts and guests created a valuable opportunity for the exchange of experiences and business ideas in a pleasant dialogue that continued even during the appropriate break for rest and refreshment. There was no shortage of topics for discussion on improving business cooperation, so both strategic partners concluded that focusing on the continuation of intensive cooperation between business partners is part of future business endeavors.
