On December 13th and 14th, 2024, Laser Ing organized its traditional annual gathering for employees at one of the most beautiful locations in Croatia – Plitvice Lakes National Park. This two-day event was a wonderful opportunity for togetherness, relaxation, and strengthening team spirit.

 

The program began on Saturday, December 13th, 2024, with organized bus transportation from Zagreb to Plitvice Lakes. Upon arrival, employees enjoyed a guided tour of the National Park, led by professional guides who showcased the park’s natural wonders and landmarks.

The afternoon hours were reserved for relaxing at the hotel’s wellness area and individual walks, while the early evening featured a pub quiz that sparked lots of laughter and brought out the team’s competitive spirit.

The formal part of the evening started with a company presentation and a speech by the management, who shared Laser Ing’s strategic goals and future direction.

 

Chairman of the Board, Leonardo Kaščel, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s performance in 2024, emphasizing that the results were a product of the team’s joint effort and dedication. He also announced ambitious plans for 2025, including major investments in new state-of-the-art metal processing machinery, the implementation of an even more advanced ERP system, and additional financial benefits for employees—contingent on achieving the set business goals—all aimed at further boosting competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

 

This was followed by a festive dinner at the Lička Kuća restaurant, ranked among the top 10% of restaurants in the world according to Tripadvisor® Travelers’ Choice®. With outstanding cuisine, a rustic ambience reflecting the traditions of the Lika region, and live music, Laser Ing employees enjoyed a relaxed evening of socializing and fun until the early morning hours.

On the second day, after breakfast at Hotel Jezero, the employees returned to Zagreb by bus, full of impressions and new memories.

This gathering once again confirmed that Laser Ing fosters a corporate culture built on respect, unity, and appreciation for its employees. Through such events, we strengthen team spirit and build a community of people shaping a successful future together.
