Anđelko Kaščel, on the occasion of the opening ceremony of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) office in Austria, presented to distinguished guests the developmental journey of Laser Ing, reflecting on the key business principles that led the company to become a leader in the metal processing industry.

 

On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce announced the opening of its office in Austria. This country holds strategic importance for Croatian exports. Mr. Anđelko Kaščel, the founder and CFO of Laser Ing, participated in the ceremony, sharing with the guests of HGK the development path of Laser Ing and the principles of business philosophy that led the company to success. Alongside the Croatian ambassador to Austria, other high representatives from the political and economic milieu were also present.

When I approached the analysis of both markets, their advantages and disadvantages, dangers, and opportunities, the so-called SWOT analysis of business on both markets, I realized that we have many more strengths than weaknesses. Success is important to rely on institutions, on the Chamber, and to aim higher, seek strategic partnership, rather than just staying with services or selling business shares. We need to exchange business shares of our company for business shares of companies in the Republic of Austria. I knew that the goal should not be just immediate earnings, but development and long-term planning. To manage, you must acquire; to be able to control, you must measure,” said Mr. Anđelko Kaščel, founder and CFO of Laser Ing among other things.
