General terms and conditions of business of the company regulate contractual relations between LASER INŽENJERING d.o.o., and the buyer of goods and services (hereinafter: the purchaser) from the LASER INŽENJERING d.o.o., except in cases where the contracting parties have agreed otherwise.

These General terms and conditions have been duly drafted and published in Croatian and in English. In case of uncertainty, doubt or any other discrepancy between the two variants, the Croatian text shall have preference and shall constitute the only valid and binding version of the provisions.
